Referral Policy
Referral Policy
Last updated May 12, 2026
Amiga's referral program lets users invite others to try Amiga and receive extra session credits when a valid referral is accepted. This policy explains how referral rewards work and the rules that keep the program fair.
How referrals work
When you share your referral link, a new user can sign in through that link and claim a referral reward. If the referral is accepted, both you and the referred user receive 3 Lite sessions and 1 Plus session.
Referral rewards are session credits only. They are not cash, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for money or external value.
Who can participate
Referral links are available to signed-in Amiga users. Guest users may need to sign in before creating, sharing, or claiming referral rewards.
A referred user must be new to the referral program and must use a valid referral link. A user cannot refer themselves.
Reward limits and abuse prevention
Amiga may reject or reverse referral rewards when a referral appears invalid, duplicated, self-referred, automated, fraudulent, abusive, or created mainly to bypass product limits.
Amiga may use limited technical signals, such as hashed IP address and hashed user-agent information, to help detect duplicate or abusive claims. These checks are used for program integrity and are handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Credit expiration and availability
Referral credits follow the same session-credit period used by the user's account. Unused credits may expire at the end of the applicable credit period.
Amiga may change, pause, or end the referral program at any time. If reward amounts change, the current in-product referral copy controls future referrals.
No spam or misleading sharing
You may share your referral link with people who may genuinely want to use Amiga. Do not send spam, use deceptive claims, imply that Amiga provides licensed therapy, or promote Amiga in a way that violates the Terms of Service.
Rejected referrals
A referral may be rejected if the code is invalid, the referred user has already claimed a referral, the claim appears to come from the same person or device pattern, or the claim violates this policy.
Rejected referral rewards are not guaranteed to be restored.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Referral Policy when the program, rewards, or abuse-prevention rules change. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
